By accessing or using HRRizzCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

HRRizzCheck provides AI-powered resume optimization, analysis, and career tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Credits

HRRizzCheck operates on a pay-as-you-go basis using credits (Scans and Fine-tunes). Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Credits are added to your account upon successful payment and are non-transferable.

5. Use of AI Content

The content generated by our AI is intended to assist you in your job search. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in employment or meet the specific standards of any employer.

6. Limitation of Liability

HRRizzCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
